Stephen is a trade qualified, Licensed Building Practitioner. He did his apprenticeship in his hometown of Timaru after leaving Timaru Boys High in 1995.

 

Initially established in Queenstown in 2002, Remarkable Homes NZ Ltd (formerly known as S A Colley Building Ltd) has since built homes all over New Zealand.
